Empowering. Thoughtful. Inspirational.

A book that promotes self-love and self-acceptance while encouraging girls (and boys!) to be unique and true to themselves.

From appreciating your appearance and ideas, to coloring outside the lines, to accepting all of your feelings, this book oozes warmth and love.

Of course, this should come as no surprise, since it was written from the heart through the mother-daughter collaboration of Amy Krouse Rosenthal and her daughter, Paris.

“Keep that arm raised, you have smart things to say.”

A wonderful text to read aloud, use as a mentor text, or gift to girls as a reminder of their strength, independence and importance.

“A beautiful, beautiful book.” – Today show co-anchor Hoda Kotb

Paris Rosenthal also collaborated with her brother, Jason, to write Dear Boy, another love letter to empower boys to be themselves and stand up for their beliefs.

Letter from the authors:

Dear Girl,
This book is for you.
Wonderful, smart, beautiful you.
If you ever need a reminder, just turn to any page in this book and know that you are special and you are loved.
—Amy and Paris
